Philip and Luci have been married for 14 years & have been blessed with 4 children and 1 grandbaby. The dream of Luci's Boutique came to life in 2019 in their home and they quickly moved into a brick-and-mortar in 2020 where they have experienced rapid growth & expansion. The couple loves working together in all aspects of the business.
